Allison represents debtors, financial guarantors, indenture trustees, creditors and shareholders in chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings. Allison works with clients in a variety of industries including automotive, energy, financial services, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, retail, and telecommunications. She regularly advises boards of directors in distressed situations and provides counsel to parties to credit default swap transactions.

Allison previously served as counsel at two large international law firms, and advised on numerous bankruptcy and restructuring matters. Her practice covered all aspects of domestic and international business reorganizations and debt restructurings, as well as crisis management, corporate governance and the acquisition and sale of assets and troubled companies in chapter 11.

  • Represents Acquiom Agency Services LLC and Seaport Loan Products LLC as Co-Administrative Agents under the $1.78 billion prepetition secured term loan facility and as DIP Agents under the $250 million DIP Facility in the chapter 11 cases of Mallinckrodt plc and its affiliates.
  • Represents Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB as Agent under the $50 million prepetition Bridge Facility and DIP Agent under the $200 million DIP Facility in the chapter 11 cases of Cyxtera Holdings and its affiliates.
  • Represents Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB as DIP Agent under the $275 million DIP Facility in the chapter 11 cases of Venator Materials PLC and its affiliates.
  • Represents the independent director of Voyager Digital Holdings, Inc. in the chapter 11 cases of Voyager.
  • Represents CN Borrower LLC and its subsidiaries in the chapter 11 case of Compute North LLC.
  • Represents CQS (UK) LLC in the chapter 11 cases of Talen Energy and its subsidiaries.
  • Represents UMB Bank as agent under Quorum Health’s chapter 11 exit facility.
  • Represented Newmark Group, Inc. in its acquisition of Knotel, Inc. as part of Knotel’s chapter 11 case.
  • Represented Purdue Pharma L.P. and its subsidiaries as special conflicts counsel in their chapter 11 cases.
  • Represented CQS (U.S.) LLC in the chapter 11 cases of Windstream Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries.
  • Represented EY Bermuda as the Joint Provisional Liquidator in the George’s Bay Limited chapter 15 case pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
  • Represented 21st Century Oncology Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries as post effective date bankruptcy counsel in their chapter 11 cases.

  • Represented several creditors in Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.’s chapter 11 cases.
