Andrew advises for-profit and not-for-profit clients, including local, regional, and national developers, investors, REITs, senior living providers, educational providers, lenders, and government-sponsored enterprises in complex real estate transactions. He specializes in acquisitions and dispositions, financing, development, and due diligence of hospitality, office, mixed-use, multifamily, assisted and senior living, and educational properties.

Previous Work

Andrew joined the firm as a summer associate. Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Andrew served as a legal intern by drafting motions to suppress and for summary judgement in both civil and criminal trials, including a multi-million dollar medical malpractice lawsuit.

Life Beyond the Law

Andrew enjoys sailing, fishing, and reading history.
