Previous Work

Before joining ArentFox Schiff as a full-time associate, Diana was a summer associate at the firm. Prior to that, she worked in the legal affairs department of a large, international media company, providing legal support to the company’s human resources, corporate communications, and compliance teams.

Client Work

Diana represents clients in numerous industries, including hospitality, fashion, cosmetics, restaurants, and media. She manages clients’ global portfolios and counsels clients on the protection and enforcement of their intellectual property, prosecutes applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and handles proceedings in front of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, provides availability opinions, including those related to new branding, and manages disputes worldwide. Her practice also includes protecting clients’ intellectual property rights on the Internet and in the marketplace with extensive experience with DMCA-related takedowns and domain name dispute resolution proceedings, and managing anti-counterfeiting matters.

Life Beyond the Law

Diana enjoys baking to satisfy her sweet tooth and trying out DC area restaurants and bakeries. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and Dachshund-Great Dane mix dog.
