Gary D. Brophy

Gary represents small and large companies as well as individuals, assisting clients with a variety of issues including contract negotiation and disputes, risk management and other general business matters.

From 2009 to 2012, he co-founded and managed a successful technology firm providing software to clients in the automotive industry. Under his management, the company grew to serve more than three hundred dealership clients in less than four years. Prior to a successful exit, Gary was responsible for client management, hiring, marketing, training and sales. Gary’s experience managing a successful business provides him unique insight into the legal issues his entrepreneurial clients face every day, including regulatory compliance, negotiation of contracts and vendor relationships, employment law issues and raising capital.
