Client Work
Jennifer represents motion picture studios, television networks, technology developers, fashion designers, and various consumer product retailers in negotiations involving content and technology acquisition, licensing and sponsorship deals, and production and distribution agreements. Jennifer supervises global trademark and copyright portfolios for several clients and provides advice concerning brand management strategies. Additionally, she oversees all aspects of intellectual property, character and script clearances for feature film and short film production for an Academy Award ® -winning animation studio. Her work also consists of protecting clients’ copyrights and trademark rights on the Internet. She has experience in challenging the unauthorized distribution of confidential information and trade secrets as well as the sale of pirated and infringing goods over the Internet.
Jennifer regularly spends several weeks each year working as a visiting attorney in the legal departments of entertainment and multimedia industry clients, where she negotiates transactions involving intellectual property licenses and retail distribution agreements as well as various programming, production, and advertising deals.
Previous Work
Before joining ArentFox Schiff, Jennifer served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Joseph T. Doyle of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.

Jennifer holds memberships in the International Trademark Association (INTA) and MARQUES, the association of European trademark owners.
