Katia finds creative solutions to clients’ legal challenges, both present and prospective. Her practice spans a wide array of issues affecting product manufacturers; retailers and distributors; the entertainment industry; and property owners, investors, and lessees.

Katia Asche, Partner

Katia has experience in all aspects of litigation and acts as both an advocate for and a trusted adviser to her clients. Katia has served as lead and co-lead counsel on countless multi-million-dollar product liability and premises liability cases, culminating in wins, voluntary dismissals, and favorable resolutions for her clients—both before and after trial. She has also guided clients through regulatory and civil rights agency investigations on the federal, state, and municipal levels. 

Before joining ArentFox Schiff, Katia was a judicial intern for the Honorable Harold Baer, Jr. in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York and an Appellate Fellow at the Center for Appellate Litigation in New York. Before becoming a lawyer, Katia was an actor and frequently draws from her theater training and experience in her approach to the law.
