Kinnon represents clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including the financing, acquisition, and disposition of commercial properties in the Washington, DC area and throughout the United States. His practice also includes representing a client with hotel franchise transactions.
In addition, Kinnon has contributed to the firm’s pro bono efforts by volunteering at the DC Landlord Tenant Resource Center.
Previous Work
Prior to rejoining ArentFox Schiff, Kinnon was a legal intern for the US International Trade Commission and the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Vermont.
