Kyle enjoys collaborating with domestic and international inventors and learning the intricate and unique aspects of their innovations and designs. Kyle has represented solo inventors, small startups, established businesses, and Fortune 100 companies. He has helped these companies grow and secure their IP portfolios and maintain their competitive edge in a variety of technical fields. He has also achieved success working on Trademark Trial and Appeal Board oppositions and cancellations and Federal Court motions.
Previous Work
Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Kyle earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University. After graduating, he worked as a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office examining patents in the multiplexing field, an area of telecommunications. He then attained a fellowship in the Center for Intellectual Property Law at Whittier Law School in Orange County, California, where he earned a competing role on the school’s Moot Court Honors Board. Kyle has wide-ranging experience due to his time working at boutique IP law firms in Southern California both during law school as an intern and later as an IP attorney.
Life Beyond the Law
Kyle enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, lifting weights, and reading in his spare time.
