At ArentFox Schiff, Laura has represented a variety of clients, including a consortium of colleges. During the 114th Congress (2015-16), she worked successfully for the inclusion of a provision addressing the tax treatment of credit and payments to students at the nation’s nine federally recognized Work Colleges in the omnibus tax and spending package approved by Congress and the President in December 2015 (PL 114-113).
