Lianne represents residential and commercial landowners, as well as real estate developers, in a wide variety of real estate and land use matters.
Previous Work
Before joining ArentFox Schiff, Lianne was an associate at the Tysons Corner, Virginia office of an international law firm, where she specialized in land use. She was also a real estate associate at the Nashville, Tennessee office of a national law firm.
In addition to her law firm experience, Lianne was an in-house attorney for an Arlington, Virginia-based multifamily real estate investment trust. During law school, she served as a law clerk at the Environmental Protection Agency and the Federal Public Defender for the Middle District of Tennessee. Prior to law school, Lianne was an assistant language teacher for the Japan Exchange Teaching Program (JET) in Mie, Japan.
Life Beyond the Law
When she is not working, Lianne enjoys running, doing yoga, and spending time with her husband and son.
