Limore represents employers in a diverse range of industries from health care to trucking and retail, in both state and federal court. She is experienced in handling numerous wage and hour class action suits involving a variety of wage and hour issues, including unlawful rounding claims, claims related to the unlawful calculation of the regular rate of pay for overtime, unlawful meal and rest period claims involving communication devices, overtime claims premised on an effort to prohibit the application of the overtime exemptions under Labor Code sections 511 and 514, bag-check claims, and misclassification suits. Limore is also experienced in litigating PAGA representative actions. She regularly defends employers in single-plaintiff actions under the Fair Employment and Housing Act and has litigated such claims through arbitration.
Limore also regularly provides advice and counsel to employers relating to labor and employment issues, including the drafting of employee handbooks, the drafting of early retirement programs, and the implementation of arbitration agreements.

Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Limore was an associate at a large international law firm.
