Previous Work
Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Marc was a Transactional Associate in the Higher Education practice group of an international law firm where he counseled educational institutions and private equity groups on a broad range of transactional matters in the higher education industry, including changes in ownership and control, debt and equity financing, and joint ventures.
