Moyosore O. Koya

Moyo works with health care clients, particularly hospitals and health systems, digital health start-ups, and physician practice groups, on a wide range of regulatory and reimbursement issues. She has in-depth experience with federal Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans, including revenue recovery and complex claim reimbursement matters, and with provider appeals and other dispute resolution claims for coverage-related issues. She has evaluated health transactions for compliance with change of ownership requirements, clinical laboratory reporting requirements, and telehealth provider requirements as well as analyzed regulatory issues related to reproductive health access and individual provider licensure.

Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Moyo was a health care associate at an international law firm and an associate on the legal team of a health care software company’s research division. 

Moyo began her legal career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Dan Friedman of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
