Natalie defends and counsels employers in all aspects of labor and employment matters, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, denial of family and medial leaves, and wage-and-hour class actions. She also has experience in conducting internal workplace investigations and auditing and drafting national and state employee handbooks. Finally, as a member of the national traditional labor practice, she has worked on labor law matters, including collective bargaining agreements, arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, discipline and discharge and union avoidance. In addition to her labor and employment work, Natalie is involved in other general and complex litigation matters.

Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Natalie was an associate in an international law firm.
