Noah is an associate in the Labor & Employment group where his practice focuses on representing employers in both state and federal court on matters including wage and hour class actions (including PAGA), and single-plaintiff cases concerning wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, denial of accommodations and leaves, and wage and hour violations. He also provides employment advice and counseling services to personnel at companies of all sizes, ranging from small start-ups to multinational retail corporations. Noah takes a proactive approach to assist clients to avoid actionable conduct for employment issues and ensures that the client’s business goals are met.

Previous Work

Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Noah was a senior associate at a national Labor and Employment law firm. He successfully handled all aspects of litigation, from initial investigation to trial. Noah regularly provided guidance to employers regarding wage and hour compliance, drafted employment handbooks, policies, and procedures, and worked closely with human resources personnel to address various employment issues. During law school, he was a judicial extern for the Honorable Fred W. Slaughter.
