Rita represents financial institutions and borrowers in a variety of finance transactions. Her practice encompasses private equity-sponsored acquisition financings, mezzanine and alternative investment transactions, senior secured and unsecured financings, debt restructurings and private placements.
As a Chartered Financial Analyst member, Rita employs her robust background in Finance and Economics to adeptly handle her clients’ financing needs as a finance lawyer.
Previous Work
Before joining the firm, Rita gained valuable experience to excel as a finance lawyer. Her role involved in-depth research, analysis of annual filings, and the preparation of memos spanning a broad spectrum of subjects while working for FINRA and EEOC. Rita also held the position of Compliance Officer at a Venture Capital firm in China. During her law school years, Rita served as a primary editor and held an executive board position at the Washington University Global Studies Law Review.
