Ryan represents financial institutions and borrowers in a variety of finance transactions, including acquisition financings, senior secured and unsecured financings, mezzanine transactions and corporate financings, including private placements.  His practice extends also to public finance.  Before joining ArentFox Schiff, Ryan was deputy general counsel to a state conduit issuer and financing authority.
