Sam advises energy and environmental clients at all stages of permitting, compliance, and enforcement under federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Sam has experience preparing briefs, motions, testimony, and application materials in a variety of administrative proceedings, including before the Illinois Commerce Commission and Illinois Pollution Control Board. He also assists clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation matters under CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act, and state analogues.
