Shay Potter

The automotive group has been recognized by Chambers USA as a leader in the category Transportation: Road (Carriage/Commercial). Shay practices complex civil litigation in federal and state courts as well as arbitral forums. She represents corporations and dealerships in pre-litigation and litigation matters. Shay specializes in representing clients in the automotive and health care industries, as well as handling Proposition 65 matters for all industries.  

Previous Work

Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Shay was a graduate research assistant for the University of North Carolina School of Law.

Life Beyond the Law

Shay’s interests include rec volleyball, trivia and attending comedy shows.
