Tom’s practice is focused on strategic patent counseling, including both domestic and international portfolio development, patent litigation and patent reexaminations.
Client Work
Tom has worked with both established and emerging companies within numerous fields of technology including telecommunications, computer and software technologies, medical devices, electronic commerce, semiconductor and integrated circuit technology, and electro-mechanical devices.
Previous Work
Prior to attending law school, Tom conducted feasibility studies with the US Department of the Army from 1989 through 1994. During this period, he worked on seeker and sensor technology for smart munitions, including IR and laser radar systems.
