Trevor has achieved successful client outcomes both in federal court and before administrative agencies through adversarial proceedings and settlement negotiations. Trevor has drafted motions, conducted research, and engaged in oral arguments on a wide range of legal issues. He also regularly provides client counseling, with services ranging from internal investigations to wage and hour matters and the onboarding and separation of employees. Trevor’s attention to detail and understanding of client goals allows him to help clients navigate the complexities of local, state, and federal employment law.
Before joining ArentFox Schiff, Trevor honed his skills as an advocate and counselor during his work with the University of Michigan’s Civil-Criminal Litigation Clinic. His ability to quickly discern important case facts, maintain a keen understanding of client goals, and effectively communicate those facts and goals has helped him achieve positive outcomes for his clients.
