Health Care Practice Leader Douglas Grimm presented to the Center for Telehealth & eHealth Law (CTeL) on August 6 regarding the statuses of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergencies (PHEs) across the United States.

Douglas’s presentation was part of a panel discussion addressing a recent CTeL survey exploring the statuses of PHEs in all 50 states. Douglas spoke to the telehealth community about the legal, regulatory, and licensure issues that may arise as PHE orders across the country begin to expire. The discussion also included CTeL’s Director of Policy and External Affairs, who co-authored the survey, and the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Board of State Medical Licensure and Supervision.

CTeL is the leading source of legal, regulatory, and policy intelligence for the telehealth community.
