Arent Fox’s Three-Part Seminar Series for Nonprofit and Association Executives: Part 3 – Maintaining the Vision

In the July 28 session, nonprofit and association CEOs, COOs, and CFOs will share insights about strategies for executive leadership to effectively work with their board and senior team in this new environment. They will discuss good governance, strategic planning, and resource alignment, including how leaders are keeping their board focused on the mission and their team rowing in the same direction.

The event will feature a discussion led by Brian Schneider, Co-Leader of Arent Fox’s Nonprofits & Associations Industry Group, and Jay Younger, President and CEO of McKinley Advisors. Brian and Jay will share what they’re seeing clients do to manage through this period of transition, and then your fellow nonprofit and association leaders will share what they are seeing on the ground and planning as we head into fall event and meeting season.
