Compliance and US Law Seminar

The event will be cohosted on Monday, May 10, 2021 by the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) and ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences. The webinar will focus on the US - EU trade relations and developments under the new Biden administration. Some of the topics Angela will discuss include the Section 301 duties in connection with the Large Aircraft Dispute and the Digital Services Tax, as well as forced labor import prohibitions, and the recent Buy American/Made in America US government procurement initiatives. Her panel will also include a discussion of recent sanctions developments.
