Estate Planning for the Family-Owned Business

Tom and his co-host will discuss business succession and estate and tax planning for closely held businesses, including bifurcation of control and ownership, and other methods for facilitating the transfer of ownership interests.  They will also cover drafting and implementing buy/sell agreements and restrictions on transfer, as well as other tax and estate planning considerations, including the issue of equalization.
