Schiff Hardin Partner Jacquelynne Jennings will lead a two-part series about the bond issuance process. The series will examine the fundamental aspects of the process, including a general overview, conditions and variables to consider, key roles a of the financing team, and post-closing responsibilities.
Session 1: The Path to Issuance: Part one of the series will provide step-by-step insight to an issuance process. As a co-presenter, Jacqui will discuss the roles and responsibilities of the issuer and the members of the financing team, initial disclosure, the financing documents and continuing disclosure undertaking, pricing the bonds, and the day of sale activities.
Session 2: You Sold Your Bonds, Now What? Part two will focus on the issuer’s post-closing responsibilities through the time the bonds are refunded or repaid, including establishing and managing post-issuance debt administration, maintaining tax compliance, investor relations, and managing internal controls.
