The Arent Fox International Arbitration Practice proudly served as a founding sponsor for the inaugural Washington Arbitration Week (WAW) hosted virtually November 30 –December 4.

WAW was “launched to provide an organic DC forum in international arbitration for its legal community and the international and foreign community connected to it. WAW will further advance the analysis and discussion of developments reflected in arbitral awards, treaties, and international instruments at the forefront of international arbitration.” This year, WAW featured 15 panels and brought together industry leaders at the forefront of DC International Arbitration.

Arent Fox Partner Lee Caplan served on the conference advisory committee and as moderator for the “ISDS Reform - ICSID Rules Amendments and UNCITRAL Working Group III” panel. A photo of Lee’s panel is below.
