First Potomac co-founders back in downtown D.C. office market
DSC Partners LLC, represented by Arent Fox, closed on a $100 million purchase of a downtown office building in Washington, DC.
The acquisition of 1250 Eye Street NW by DSC Partners was part of a joint venture with Wafra Inc. DSC Partners is a venture launched last year by First Potomac Realty Trust co-founders Doug Donatelli and Nick Smith.
Arent Fox attorney Tommy Castiello represented DSC Partners in the transaction.
The deal was featured in the Washington Business Journal.
