June is Pride month. This is typically a time when the LGBTQ community and our allies celebrate who we are, what we stand for, the milestones we have achieved, and how we can accomplish more.
But we cannot ignore the pain and sadness stemming from recent blatant racial injustices. The demand for change has been powerful. The message is loud. The images are striking.
We empathize with our colleagues and friends who feel this pain, fear, and sadness. As a minority community that is working to overcome its own adversity, the members of OutFox understand the importance of allies. We are proud to stand with those who are fighting injustice, racism, and all forms of oppression.
