Partner Malcolm McNeil Appointed Once Again to the Beijing International Arbitration Commission
International and Complex Litigation partner Malcolm McNeil was recently appointed for another five-year term to the Beijing International Arbitration Commission.
He previously already served a five-year term on the Beijing Arbitration Commission, an independent non-profit organization based in Beijing offering services in arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution mechanisms. The Beijing Arbitration Commission was established in 1995 following the passage of the Arbitration Law of the People’s Republic of China. In accordance with the theories of other ADR channels, the Beijing Arbitration Commission encourages arbitration and mediation forums as “win-win” alternatives to litigation. The Beijing Arbitration Commission serves both domestic and international clients.
