Showalter Quoted on Increased Clean Energy Access to Low-Income Communities

Partner J. Michael Showalter was quoted on the ways low-income communities could access renewable and clean energy as a result of tax credits, increased federal funding, and other benefits from the recently passed Inflation Reduction Act.
Mike said that with those efforts, it is likely low-income communities will be more eager to participate.
“Do I think people are going to do it? Yeah,” he said. “And I think developers are going to be relatively shrewd about presenting opportunities to people.”
