Arent Fox Advises Jose Andres’ ThinkFoodGroup in Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad Venture
ThinkFoodGroup, the restaurant group founded by celebrity chef and philanthropist José Andrés, struck a deal with Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad owner Flag Luxury Group to operate two restaurants at the 250-room hotel as well as oversee the hotel’s rooftop bar and lounge, lobby lounge, in-room dining service, The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge, and the hotel’s banquet services.
Currently under construction, the 580-foot-tall, 40-story skyscraper will house not only the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, at 1185 Broadway in NoMad, but also 16 Ritz-Carlton branded residences. Marriott International will manage the hotel.
