Arent Fox Named Creditors Committee Counsel in Forest Park Chapter 11 Case
NEW YORK, NY - Arent Fox’s Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring practice was retained as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 case of Forest Park Medical Center at Frisco, LLC.
Forest Park owns and operates a 54-bed state of the art medical facility, including 30 private rooms, 14 family suites, and 10 intensive care rooms in Frisco, Texas (35 miles north of Dallas). Forest Park’s facility is comprised of over 136,759 useable square feet and is situated on approximately 4.7 acres. The operations and real estate are being sold by the debtors in a bankruptcy auction process.
