ArentFox Schiff has been named a 2023 Compass Award winner and Top Performer by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), demonstrating the firm’s long-standing commitment to building a more inclusive legal profession.

LCLD recognizes law firms and corporations that show a strong commitment to building more diverse organizations and a more inclusive legal profession. The Compass Award recognizes LCLD member organizations that fulfill the following requirements: participate in the Fellows and Pathfinders programs, attend the annual meeting, and take part in one of the pipeline programs. Top Performers are LCLD’s most active members who have the highest level of engagement throughout the year.
