With over 30 years of experience, Ms. Albin-Riley is a seasoned trial lawyer who handles complex multiparty litigation, including sophisticated health care matters, complex commercial contract and tort disputes, eminent domain and real estate valuation cases and class actions. Her trial victories include a complete defense judgment for a hospital in Southern California, including an attorneys fee award of $1.5 million.In addition, Ms. Albin-Riley has developed a nationally recognized practice in Fifth Amendment “takings” cases with an impressive record of success at trial in this area.
In addition to representing hospitals and health systems throughout California, Ms. Albin-Riley also represents corporations and individuals in toxic tort, eminent domain and trust and estates litigation. Ms. Albin-Riley recently published an article in the Daily Journal highlighting key aspects of the United States Supreme Court decision in Brandt v.
