Partner Sarah A.W. Fitts has once again been recognized in the Chambers Global 2021 guide, which highlights top lawyers and law firms in more than 200 jurisdictions across the world. Sarah earned her seventh consecutive ranking.
Sarah earned a Band 3 ranking in Energy: Electricity (Transactional) – USA, noting that she is “highly regarded for managing the sale, acquisition and financing of power assets, with a particular focus on the Japanese power market.” As source told Chambers that Sarah is “a brilliant attorney who’s insightful, responsive and creative. She has an easy way of dealing with situations: she just fixes things.”
Sarah represents U.S. and global clients, including power developers, investors, sovereign wealth funds, and private equity across a broad range of industries. She often acts as outside general counsel for clients without legal departments, in addition to advising on transactions.
