Schiff Hardin LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Christine McGuinness has been recognized on Crain’s New York Business’ 2022 list of Notable Women in Law. The list highlights women attorneys with outstanding professional achievements as well as a commitment to pro bono work and community organizations.
Chris is a skilled real estate and corporate finance lawyer, having booked more than $1 billion in deals since early 2020. In addition to leading the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group and serving as a coordinating partner for Schiff’s New York office, she also serves on the firm’s Executive Committee, is a former co-chair of the firm’s Diversity Committee, and actively spearheads events for the firm’s Women’s Networking Group.
Chris is an active member of New York City’s charitable community. She provides pro bono representation to the Disability Opportunity Fund and the Leviticus Fund, a nonprofit that works to finance housing and daycare centers for low-income and vulnerable populations. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Habit for Humanity, New York City and Westchester County.
