Three Schiff Attorneys Join 2018 LCLD Leadership Programs
Schiff Hardin is pleased to announce that three of its attorneys will participate in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) 2018 leadership programs.
Partner Heidi Rowe has been selected as a member of 2018 LCLD Class of Fellows, a program created to facilitate relationship-building and in-person training to advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. Designed for lawyers with eight-to-15 years of experience, the LCLD Fellows Program connects high-potential attorneys with leading general counsel and managing partners.
David Pi and Molly Wiltshire have been selected as 2018 LCLD Pathfinders. The Pathfinders program, now in its third year, is designed to train early-career attorneys in critical career development strategies including leadership and the building of professional networks.
Founded in 2009, LCLD is an organization of more than 285 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession.
