Wiltshire Appointed as First Chair to New ISBA Food Law Section Council
Partner Molly Wiltshire has been appointed to serve as chair to the newly launched Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA) Food Law Section Council, which will cover legal issues affecting agriculture and farmers, health and the environment, sustainability, intellectual property and licensing, the regulation of food trends and innovation, and laws and regulations protecting consumers.
She was instrumental in the creation of the new section council and the first attorney to serve as chair, a position she will hold for the 2019-2021 term.
Molly is an active member of the ISBA Animal Law Section Council, the American Bar Association TIPS Animal Law Committee, and the Institute for Inclusion in the Legal Profession’s Social Impact Incubator. She is also a participant in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s Pathfinder program, which provides leadership and career development skills to diverse, high-potential, early-career attorneys.
