Jill concentrates her practice in the long term care and senior living industry with a concentration on sophisticated and complex transactions, operations, and regulatory compliance.  

Client Work

Jill has particular experience in representing investors and lenders to skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, continuing care retirement communities, and physicians and physician practice management organizations. She has helped several clients create new business platforms from the ground up including advising on structure, risk abatement, and compliance issues.

She also advises health care clients on issues such as licensing, certificate of need, fraud and abuse, health privacy, compliance, bankruptcy, and liability issues.

Reproductive Health Task Force

Following the US Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, ArentFox Schiff created a multi-disciplinary team to counsel clients on legal issues and the impact on business operations. Jill is a co-leader of the Task Force. Jill has advised multiple clients on the current and prospective national and state regulatory landscape related to reproductive health.

Jill is an active member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
