Eitan currently assists clients in a wide array of international trade matters. Eitan assists clients with international trade litigation, specifically antidumping and anticircumvention matters before the US Department of Commerce. Eitan also advises clients on how to successfully navigate developments to export control regulations.
Eitan also works in complex litigation, assisting individuals and large corporate clients in a range of industries.
Previous Work
Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Eitan was a history teacher and then a legal intern at fintech start-up Landed, Inc., where he conducted research, as well as reviewed and drafted non-disclosure agreements, commercial contracts, and board resolutions. During law school, Eitan researched and drafted FOIA requests related to jurisdiction-specific election laws with Berkeley Law’s Political Empowerment and Election Project, served as an Executive Editor of Ecology Law Quarterly, and as an Associate Editor of the California Law Review. He was also a member of Berkeley Law’s Queer Caucus.
Life Beyond the Law
Eitan has backpacked through 25 countries on six continents and completed five half-marathons. In his free time, he can usually be found baking an inordinate amount of baked goods.
